Saying goodbye to good friends.

I think the last one makes me look big. Oh well. So this is Meagan and Sam Brejcha. Meagan was the first person to friend me after moving here. Her husband was deployed when I met her. We had some good late night times. I also got to help her pack up her apartment when she moved on base and got to also help her a little bit with packing for her move to Colorado Springs. I'm sad to see them go because they are both super fun and I enjoy their company so much! But on the bright side I'll see Meagan in November when she comes back to do my baby shower. :) Have a safe travel guys!

Baby News

So baby is doing great! Hear beat was 147 today. I have been really anxious lately and I keep looking for something to go wrong. I know that's dumb, but it's hard not to. So I talked to my doctor and she flat out told me to stop worrying. She thinks I might be starting to get braxton hicks contractions, because I've been kind of crappy. I actually wanted to go down to labor and delivery about them Friday morning, but it started to feel better after going back to sleep for awhile. But yeah everything is going good and we are all good for going on our trip next month to Wisconsin! Woo! I'm so excited to see family and friends. We'll see how many people touch the belly because so far it's been Joe, myself, and one of my visiting teachers named Misty. So yeah my baby needs more love. Haha!

26 weeks

I have my 26 weeks appointment tomorrow. So I'll just update everything at that point.

Late night, but got stuff done.

So last night Joe was working really late and I decided it was finally time to update my journal. So with how good I am with my blog on here and my calendar I was able to put up a lot of it together. Though I know you miss a lot when your putting stuff together after months of time passing, but maybe one day I'll get as good as I used to be. I feel better to have put it there, but I know if I kept it up and just printed off this blog I would be ok. :) Joe didn't get work till after 4 this morning so I had a good couple hours to just sit and write but I think I always get to the point where my hand hurts to much so I wrap it up.

24 weeks

This is my new toy! I know it's really early, but we got it $44 dollars off last week and it was the one we wanted.

Also I've decided I'm going to up the photos I want taken. I'll probably do it every couple weeks. Mostly because I can. :) So here are the new ones to enjoy! So here are my 24 week photos because I feel like any week longer is a big deal!

Why does my night keep getting worse?

So not only did I have the weird pipe thing that caused the problems with the toilet but around 10:30 I heard a weird pop noise. At first I just sat here in my living room looking down the hall to the bathroom. I couldn't get the noise out of my head so I went down to the bathroom to look at the sink and toilet, I thought maybe something had broke on the toilet again. Then I hear it again and there was no doubt where it was coming from because there was smoke!!! My water heater was smoking and it had made the popping noise. I didn't know what to do so I called 911. By that point the popping and smoke had stopped, but the smell of smoke was still heavy in the air. So I talk to the women dispatcher and I tell her it stopped smoking and popping, but she told me if it start again I was to call her again. I then call Joe and I'm bawling because two things in one night and I was upset and scared. I had the closet door from the water heater open and was keeping an eye on it. I also had my hall door open to keep an eye out for the fire department and to hopefully get some fresh air in. So the fire department shows up and my neighbors to the front of the building all seem to be outside. Nothing like being embarrassed when the fire fighters walk up stairs and ask where the fire was. I waved them in and they all like "Oh yeah" because they could too smell the smoke. They turned off the power to it and took out the small componets that were actually burning. Also disconnected the wires. They told me I'd be without hot water till Maintenance got here. Well while they were here I called Maintenance (well I paged them) and they showed up right after the fire department left. They fixed it and I guess now I have hot water. But now I'm kind of afraid of my water heater. Now I'm sitting here sweating because it's so humid with all my windows open with fans blowing in cooler fresh air. I want out of here so bad, but don't want to move out of my ward. I don't know what to do!
